Beth Butler, J.D., Currently works on the USBLN Go For Gold (GFG) Team as a Disability Inclusion Consultant and is an HR Professional with over 20 years’ experience providing subject matter expertise to Fortune 50 companies in ADA Accommodations processes and disability inclusion strategies. Beth has specialized skills in balancing risk mitigation while promoting full accessibility to support the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce, marketplace and supply chain. Legally blind since birth, Beth leverages her experiences both personally and professionally to challenge companies to think, act and lead differently.
Patricia K. Keul (Pat), Operations Director, NCBLN
Pat Keul, B.S., M.S, CESP, is a nationally recognized trainer and leader in the field of employment services for people with disabilities. Ms. Keul is an employment consultant whose clients have included, The NC Council on Developmental Disabilities, Vaya Healthcare, InReach NC, Project SEARCH, Mecklenburg County, RHA Healthcare, Sandhills Center, and Alliance Behavioral Health. Ms. Keul provides program coordination and administrative support to the NCBLN. Ms. Keul is also the CEO and founder of Business ACTS, the first pre-apprenticeship program for young people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Ms. Keul co-founded the Employment Support Professional Council (ESPCC), administered by the Association for Persons Supporting Employment First (APSE) and served as its first director for three years. The Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) credential is the nation’s first third party examination process based upon national competency standards for Employment Support Professionals (ESPs).
Celia Waller Boone, B.S., Finance & Social Media Manager
The newest addition to our staff is Celia Waller Boone, our Finance/Social Media Manager. Although Celia did not grow up in Charlotte, she got here as quickly as she could, and now considers herself a naturalized Charlottean. Celia earned a B.S. degree from UNC-Asheville, and has over 20 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing, healthcare, music/recording and non-profit arenas. In addition, Celia is a mental health peer support specialist who facilitates seminars on "Finding Peace and Healing." Celia and her husband, Ken, own a small consulting firm in Huntersville and enjoy masquerading as professional musicians in their spare time.
